GORGEOUS Gemma Atkinson is heading Down Under on a TV jungle adventure – and YOU could be joining her!

Meanwhile Gemma has revealed that, after her jungle stint is over, she will be heading off to Nashville to record her debut album.

But although she is moving to the home of country music in America next year, she won’t be donning a cowboy hat. She laughs: “I’m more a soul diva than a cowgirl!”

Gemma, who became famous for her role as Lisa Hunter in Hollyoaks, is really excited about her trip to Nashville because she wants to make the album perfect.

And she has been approached by some of the best record producers in the business who are all keen to help her.
She added: “I’m going to get to work with some really amazing people who are right at the top of their game.”

Gemma – currently filming a British movie alongside the likes of Heather Graham, Alan Cumming and Ab Fab legend Joanna Lumley – says there is one artist she definitely would not like to take on in the charts...Leona Lewis.

The 21-year-old X Factor winner’s second single Bleeding Love shot to No 1 after shifting a whopping 218,000 copies in the first week of release.

And Gemma was one of the thousands of fans who downloaded the track.
She admitted: “I think Leona is absolutely amazing. I love her new song and when I saw her perform it on X Factor the other day I thought she was brilliant. I want to see her do really well.”
