Hi Gemma, do you have any New Years resolutions to tell XY about?
Yes, two in fact! My first resolution this year is not to drink as much alcohol, and then also to stop biting my nails.

You may be fit, but we bet you have at least one really annoying habit. Fancy telling us what it is?
My annoying habit is doing Alan Partridge impressions; Marcus Patric started me doing them.

Hollyoaks: In The City is being scrapped – how do you aim to fill that void in your life?
It wasn’t scrapped, three cast members decided to leave therefore the show could not go again. I will fill my time with Soap Star Superstar and hopefully other offers will come.

Will you be looking for a role that allows you to take your clothes off just as much?
Not necessarily, it would be nice to do some acting that does not require me to be in underwear. I have had several offers and meetings in the pipeline - watch this space!

Do you enjoy sex as much as your Hollyoaks in the City character?
No because I do not sleep with Marcus Patric in real life!!! Ha Ha I have no similarities at all with my character Lisa Hunter…I would never escort for money.

Ever had any off-screen clinches with Marcus?
Think about it, could you work with Marcus Patric for 5 years and not have an off screen clinch….

Did you feel a bit bad about stealing (Charlton player) Marcus Bent from his missus?
I didn't steal Marcus he was single when we met. I am not so desperate to have a relationship with a guy who is already in a relationship.

You’re appearing in Soapstar superstar – are you any good at singing or are you crap?
Think my voice is OK but watch the show and you let me know what you think.

Michelle Marsh tells us that fake boobs feel hard and unnatural – can you confirm or deny this?
My breasts are fake but feel very natural because my implant is behind the breast tissue, they feel like normal breasts and I have been told I can breast feed.

What’s strangest compliment you’ve ever been paid by an admirer?
The strangest for me had to be a guy saying he loved my accent. I have a very broad Northern accent - far from attractive. So he was obviously lying, or drunk.

Who would you say is the fittest British babe around?
The fittest babe around is definitely Kelly Brook.
